This lifetime subscription is tied to your email account and entitles you to guide data and advanced Whole-Home DVR features for up to two ZapperBox tuners or DVRs (“Devices”) at the same physical address.

Terms:

1. Lifetime is defined as the life of your device or its replacement or the lifetime of our subscription plan.
2. If you have a current annual subscription, you can apply it towards a prorated discount on the lifetime subscription. Email our support line to get this discount.
3. Devices assigned to this subscription are identified by a device ID. You can change or add Devices to this subscription using our website. Instruction can be found under FAQ #18 at https://zapperbox.com/pages/faqs-new.
4. This subscription is transferable if you transfer ownership of all Devices under it to a new owner.
5. All Devices under this subscription must belong to the same owner, be at the same physical address and get guide data for the same zip code.

A 14-day guide data subscription allows you to use the following advanced Whole-Home DVR features: 

1. Record from the OTA grid guide 

2. Record from the search menu. 

3. Cover art for recorded shows 

4. Share recordings between networked devices. 

 

Without a subscription, you can still use the following DVR features: 

1. Record the current show being watched. 

2. Schedule a manual recording by specifying the channel number, date and time.  

3. See recorded show lists without cover art. 

4. Watch live TV across networked devices starting with software versions 3.3 and 3.4. 

This product is a lifetime software subscription as per the listed terms. Once you pay, we will manually activate the subscription under your email ID and send you an email confirming this.

12-months warranty.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty to repair or replace any defective material or component. It does not cover any issues due to lightning strike, power surges, customer-caused damage, or loss/theft.
