The Best Buy 8-device backlit remote model NS-RMT8D21 works with ZapperBox as it can learn ZapperBox keys from our remote. See FAQ #54.
The "One For All" URC7880 remote available on Amazon at this link can be taught all the ZapperBox keys. This has been reported by a customer but we have not verified this remote ourselves. The remote has a database entry for ZapperBox but our customer reported that they had to make the URC7880 learn each ZapperBox key manually.
Cheap universal remotes like the GE 8-device 47508 ($10) and the Philips 3-device Universal Remote (also around $10) do not work. This is because they are not programmable to learn new keys. If they don't have a "ZapperBox M1" setting in their database, you are out of luck.
