Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will provide a return label for return shipments within the USA. Customers outside the USA must pay for return shipping. We highly recommend that you ensure return shipments if you pay for return shipping yourself. We do not use RMA numbers currently.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unmarred, along with its original packaging. Please include your original order # when e-mailing us.

All ZapperBox products are provided with a 100% repair or replacement warranty on hardware defects for 12 months from the date of shipment from ZapperBox. We do not warranty units purchased from unauthorized third parties.

The warranty does not cover damage from water, power surges, lightning strikes or if the device's external casing or internal electronics have been opened or otherwise tampered with. Any ZapperBox unit under warranty will be repaired and if, in the exclusive opinion of ZapperBox, it cannot be repaired it will be replaced.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@zapperbox.com.
