39. Does the ZapperBox support apps for other devices in the home like a Roku TV?

Starting with software version 3.0 in October 2024, ZapperBox devices can share recordings across multiple rooms in a home. Version 3.1 will extend this feature to live TV. This requires a physical ZapperBox connected to each TV. All ZapperBox devices can share their storage and tuners with each other. We are selling the tuner-less model m3 that does not require a physical antenna connected to it. See a blog post about this distributed gateway architecture at this link.

Starting in 2025 we will start adding apps for other devices like Roku, Google/Android TV, and other TV operating systems.
