- Quad tuner operation requires a mandatory guide-data subscription priced at $50/year. This is a whole home subscription and will cover all ZapperBox devices in your home. If you have an existing subscription we will issue a prorated credit.
- The annual subscription includes a 2 year replacement warranty. This is a pilot program that we hope to extend.
- Warning: Without a guide subscription only Live TV will work on a single tuner. Gateway, DVR & pause features will be disabled without a subscription. Do not buy the current $240 optional lifetime subscription currently on our website for the quad tuner. It will not work with a quad tuner.
