- We will place a manufacturing order after we receive 275 more pre-orders.
- We expect to ship about 4 months after we place the manufacturing order.
- You can get a refund of your deposit at any time before we ship.
- Pre-order requires a $299.95 deposit.
- Quad tuner operation requires a mandatory subscription for guide data of $50/year or $400 for lifetime. This is a whole home subscription and will cover all ZapperBox devices in your home. If you have an existing subscription we will issue a prorated credit.
- Warning: Without a subscription only Live TV will work on a single tuner. Gateway, DVR & pause features will be disabled without a subscription. Do not buy the current $240 optional lifetime subscription currently on our website for the quad tuner. It will not work with a quad tuner.

You will have to pay for and activate the guide data subscription after you receive your quad-tuner.
Limitation: Under some circumstances this device may be limited to tuning three out of four tuners to ATSC 3.0 channels and one tuner to an ATSC 1.0 channel. We are working to remove this limitation and will post updates here and under FAQ #7.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty to repair or replace any defective material or component. It does not cover any issues due to lightning strike, power surges, customer-caused damage, or loss/theft.
4K Ultra HD
ZapperBox Quad Tuner supports 4K TV displays. Regular high-definition screen has approximately 2 million pixels. A 4K screen has nearly 8.3 million pixels. That’s a big difference!

ZapperBox supports HDR (High Dynamic Range Imaging). It is one of the primary benefits of newer Ultra High-Definition TVs and the new ATSC 3.0 standard.
