How do I find my Device ID? To find out your Device ID press the Menu button on your remote control, go to “About->Device Info” screen. The device ID is on the third row and looks like “acdb-daxx-xxxx". The hyphens are optional.

Whole Home Lifetime Subscription

Enjoy lifetime access to ZapperBox Guide Data for up to five ZapperBox DVR devices at one physical address with a one-time purchase. No recurring subscription payments are required.

Important: This is a new product and currently requires manual configuration. After purchase, our support team will contact you by email to request your ZapperBox Device ID(s) and ZIP Code to complete the activation.

All the covered ZapperBox devices located at the same physical address must be connected to each other through the same home network. An Internet connection is required for all Guide Data Subscription features.

This Whole Home Subscription is mandatory for Quad Tuner devices. Without a Whole Home Subscription, a Quad Tuner device will operate like a Single Tuner device and will not support DVR or Gateway features.

Guide Data Features

The Whole Home Lifetime Subscription enables:

  • Record programs directly from the Grid Guide

  • Record programs from the Search menu

  • View cover art for recorded shows

  • Share recordings and live TV between connected ZapperBox devices

  • Preview video tiles while fast-forwarding or rewinding recordings

  • Use Whole Home DVR and Gateway features across compatible connected devices

Features Available Without a Subscription

On Single and Dual Tuner devices, certain features remain available without a Guide Data Subscription:

  • Record the current show being watched

  • Schedule a manual recording by entering the channel, date, and time

  • View recorded shows without cover art

  • Watch live TV across connected devices on the same home network

Please Note: This is a lifetime, one-time purchase and does not include a 30-day free trial or recurring billing. The subscription is configured for the customer's Whole Home setup. Because the subscription is activated specifically for the customer's device(s), the purchase is non-refundable once activated.
