How do I find my Device ID? × You can find the device ID of your ZapperBox by hitting the Menu button on the remote, then going to About → Device Info. The Device ID is on the 3rd line and is of the form ‘aaaa-aaaa-aaaa’ where a is an alphanumeric character.

 

Hardware Warranty Description 

At ZapperBox, we strive to ensure that your ZapperBox meets the highest reliability standards in the market.  All ZapperBox devices come with a One-Year Warranty that starts on the date of purchase. To protect your investment against hardware failures, after the initial One-Year Warranty expires, we offer the ZapperBox Recurring Annual Extended Warranty, You may cancel this recurring warranty at any time. 

 

Warranty Terms  

  • The warranty covers hardware breakdowns but does not include physical or water damage.  

  • A $20 USD per incident fee will be charged to cover round-trip shipping.  

  • The extended warranty must be purchased within one year of your initial product purchase and must be active at the time of any loss.  

  • The warranty fee is non-refundable. You can cancel the warranty anytime, but coverage will cease after expiration.  

  • We reserve the right to change or terminate the warranty program at any time and will return the unused prorated balance of the warranty price in case the warranty program is terminated.  

  • This warranty does not cover any accessories, like storage, purchased with the Zapperbox.

  • Additional state and local taxes may apply. 


For out-of-warranty repair or replacement, a fee of 20% of the product's list price will be charged for each year elapsed from the purchase. There is no fee during the first year.
